The Christopher CJ Morgan Memorial Scholarship Fund’s mission is to transform the lives of students by awarding scholarships to those who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, community service, and involvement in extracurricular activities. We are particularly committed to supporting veterans, military personnel, and law enforcement families, who have selflessly served our country and communities. Our pledge to these brave individuals is simple: to honor their unwavering dedication by providing them with the educational opportunities they deserve.
INSPIRED BY LOVE AND CHARACTER
A Chicago, Illinois native who came of age in West Orange, New Jersey, Christopher “CJ” Morgan made it his business to live a life of example through living his faith and encouraging others. Keep his vision of uplifting leadership alive by making a difference in a student’s life, by donating to the Christopher “CJ” Morgan Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Christopher J.L. Morgan studied Law and Legal Studies at The United States Military Academy at West Point (West Point) where he was a rising Firstie (Senior) and scholar-athlete. He passed away on June 6, 2019 due to a training accident at West Point, but his legacy will live on through this scholarship fund.

There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.
Our annual golf outing is our premiere event. It brings our communities together for a day of celebration, reflection, and fun where thousands of dollars in donations and prize money are raised for a great cause. In addition, our partnerships are dedicated to supporting local charities. The West Orange Education Fund will again be one of the beneficiaries this year. Proceeds will be derived from ticket sales, charitable donations, and volunteer efforts.
